Aurora Launcher is a personal project for playing Minecraft versions Beta 1.7.3 to 1.21.1. It features built-in tools like Fullbright, Modrinth browsing, custom themes, and was proudly built with a little help from AI.
System Advisory
IMPORTANT: This is a massive work in progress. I'm working daily to polish every feature, so expect some things to be unfinished for now while I continue building the engine.

Feedback, Support & Bug Tracking
Does this require an official account?
Aurora supports both Microsoft official login for skins and servers, and Offline mode for local play.
Is login permanent?
Yes. In v1.1.0, session tokens are saved locally in accounts.json so you stay logged in permanently.
Why does it install Java 21?
Modern versions require it. Aurora provisions a portable JDK 21 automatically to keep your system clean.
Is the built-in X-Ray detectable?
Our X-Ray uses custom resource-pack injection. It is undetectable by standard client-side checks.
All authentication tokens, game logs, and account details are stored locally in your `minecraft_data` folder. We do not maintain a central server for user data storage.
02
Authentication
Microsoft logins are performed using official secure OAuth standards. Your password is never seen or stored by the launcher; only a local session token is managed to keep you signed in.
03
Analytics & Tracking
Aurora Launcher does not contain telemetry, tracking scripts, or usage analytics. We believe in a focused experience where your activity remains private to your device.
Terms of Service
A
"As-Is" Software
Aurora is provided for free as a personal developmental project. We provide no warranty and are not liable for data corruption, hardware issues, or server-side player bans resulting from the use of the launcher or its built-in modules.
B
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your own Minecraft account credentials. Use built-in modules (X-Ray, Fullbright) responsibly. We do not encourage the violation of server EULAs.
